It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Joyce Capozzi of Oswego, New York, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Churchill and Joyce Churchill of North Syracuse; her sister Brenda Churchill (Sue) of Enosburg Falls, VT; her daughters, Teresa Beardslee (Nicholas) of Mexico, NY and Elisabeth Bourgeois (Christopher) of Elmira, NY.; her nephew James Schaffer (Melanie) of Sherwood, OR; and her grandchildren, Michael, Elliott, Alan, Samuel, Maxwell and Eleanor.
Debbie could be spotted around Fulton NY and Oswego NY helping with the Election Polls as well as volunteering her time as a one-on-one tutor for the students in her apartment complex during COVID-19.
