He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his pet Molly; his brother Dennis Lewis (Cindy) of Oswego; and his nieces and nephews, Aubrey Lewis of Atlanta, Rachel De Paul (Stephen), Justin Lewis of Atlanta, GA and Jason Lewis (Sharon) of Denver Colorado.
