He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Simons and Elsie Simons (Dasens); and his siblings, Patricia Muldoon and Richard "Biff" Simons. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Simons (Mary Lou) of Ormond Beach and Jill Simons-Roof of Cicero, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that guests instead consider donating to the National Parkinson's Foundation.
