He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo Loughney and Mary Loughney (Butler); his close friend Sandra Dweney; his sons, Keith and David Loughney; and his siblings, Tommy, Vince Loughney and Susan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home (11 W Albany St, Oswego, NY 13126). The military honors was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
