He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Osborne and Ethel Osborne (Keller). He is survived by: his significant other Marian Pulis of Oswego; his daughters, Brea of Fulton and Kristin of Fulton; the mother of his children Donna of Fulton; his brothers, Neil Osborne (Elizabeth) of Soquel, CA, Alan Osborne (Joann) of Franklin, MA and Kevin Osborne (Mary Ellen) of Niantic, CT; and his aunts, Audrey Hansen of North Port, FL and Sheila Hayden of Fulton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
