He was predeceased by: his father John "Jack" Woods; and his brother Patrick Woods. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Woods of Oswego; and his siblings, John Woods (Cynthia) of Fulton, Laurie Velzy (Kevin) of Oswego and Charles Woods (Cheryl) of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home (147 W 4th St, Oswego, NY 13126).
