She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeanus Van Horn Sr. and Georgietta Van Horn (Dawson). She is survived by: her children, Sonya Bean (Chad) of Oswego and Michael Van Horn (Angela DeSalvadore) of Oswego; her siblings, Joey, Larry, Zeke Jr., Jeff, Ruth, Brenda, Linda, Cindy, Valerie and Wendy; her grandchildren, Emily, Allison, Savannah, Austin, Shyanne, Collin, Letty, Chadwick Jr., Tiffany and Robert; and her great grandchild Brooklyn Marie.
