He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Chamberlain and Thelma Chamberlain (Frank); his wife Mary Ann (Ganster); and his sister Dawn Britt. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Chamberlain (Christina), Valerie Mayer, Stacy Kearns and Dina Peterson (Jay); his grandchildren, Matthew Mayer (Flor), Kristy Mayer (Eric Schrader), Gregory Mayer, Kevin Kearns (Emily), Michaela Kearns (Andrew Pascuzzi), Ryan Kearns (Caminini), Abigail Chamberlain, Zachary Chamberlain, Emily Peterson and William Peterson; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Ezra, Benson and Dylan.
