He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blum and Beryl Blum Sr. (LeRoy); and his siblings, William Blum, Jerry Blum, Jack Blum and Betty Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Sondra Blum (Timon); his children, Sue Ann Slight (Ed) of Oswego and Charles Blum III of Georgia; his brother Donald Blum; his grandchildren, Matthew Slight, Jessica Johnson (Brian), Spenser Thomas, Chandler Blum (Kate) and Mattie Blum; and his great grandchild Jackson Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
