He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Patrick Kelly and Agnes Kelly (Carey); his wife Patricia Kelly (Henderson); his children, Maureen Gordon (Mark), Nancy McAuley (Kevin) of Rutherford, N. J., Susan Kelly of East Alton, Patrick Kelly (Arlene) of Westport, N. Y. and Charles Kelly Jr. (Karen) of Queensberry, N. Y.; his stepchildren, Tressa (Joseph Krenzer) of Clemmons, N. C. and Thomas Moshier (Kimberly) of Scriba, N. Y; his brother Leroy Kelly (Joan); and his close friend Chole. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chuck's memory to Paws Across Oswego County, 2035 County Route 1 Oswego.
