We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2022, at the age of 94, Charles D. Young of Oswego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Young and Tracy Young; his significant other Ruth; his siblings, Frances Wilson, Harold Young and Merrill Young; and his nieces, Carol Chimbole, Kareth Towne and Marilyn Towne.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Mark Wilson (Margaret), David Wilson (Marion), Marjorie Wilkinson, Susan Guiliano (Philip), Ron, Don Young, Fran Young, Pat O'Reilly, Barbara Sugar (Bob), Marjorie Whitney and Bill Young (Brenda).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oswego City Library in Charlie's name.
