It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol E Lovejoy of Oswego, New York, who passed away on January 30, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Dingman and Edith Smith Dingman; her husbands, Donald R. Alton, Sr. and Edward Lovejoy; her son Charles R. Alton; her daughter-in-law Beverly Alton; and her siblings, Neal Dingman, Galen Dingman, Harold Dingman, Norma Sacco and Margaret Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Donald R. Alton, Jr. of Fulton, Phillip Alton (Anne) of Fulton, Wayne Lovejoy of Fulton, Paula Sharkey (Wayne) of New Haven, Sally Alton of Perrysburg and Belinda Burns (Paul) of New Haven. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
