She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Cloonan and Beulah Cloonan; and her siblings, Maureen Cloonan, Patrick Cloonan and Timothy Cloonan.
She is survived by: her children, Ryan Loughrey, Valerie Loughrey (Brian Walton) and Andrew Loughrey (Jane Loughrey); her grandchildren, Ian Walton, Vivian Siatkowski and Hazel Walton; and her siblings, Hugh Cloonan (JoAnn Cloonan), Valerie Martin (James Martin), Michael Cloonan, Constance Cloonan (John Thurber), Kathy Cloonan and Jim Cloonan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carol's memory can be made to the American Cancer Society.
