With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol A. Mills of Oswego, New York, who passed away on February 16, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clark Mills, Sr.; her parents, Charles Wellman and Alice Wellman; her siblings, Donald Wellman, David Wellman, Mark Wellman and Patricia Roberts; and her daughter Beth Worden.

She is survived by: her children, Clark Mills, Jr., Reginald "Reggie" Mills, Raymond Mills and Sandra Wilcox (Larry); her stepchildren, Nelson Gardener, Brian Mills, Christine Whiteside and Terry Mills (Amanda); and her brother Thomas Wellman (Kathleen). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
