He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Palmitesso and Catherine Palmitesso (Leppert); his wife Eleanor Palmitesso; and his brother Frederick "Ted" Palmitesso. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Palmitesso of Oswego and Catherine Van Patten of Minetto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
