She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Blum and Beryl Blum (LeRoy); her husband Carl Roy; her brothers, William Blum and Jerry Blum; and her son-in-law Joseph Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl L. Banta (Peter) of Oswego, Mark W. Roy of Oswego, Carlene L. Cook of Oswego and Casey L. Wapen of Oswego; her brothers, Jack Blum, Don Blum and Charles Blum Jr.; and her grandchildren, Peter Banta, Shawn Banta, Erin Leahy, Jason Roy, Mark Roy, Justin Cook, Shane Cook and Ashlee Wapen. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
