He was predeceased by: his father Timothy Woolworth; and his grandparents, Dorothy, Robert Jones, Bernard and Lois Woolworth.

He is survived by: his mother Teresa Jones; his siblings, Timothy Woolworth Jr., Jason Woolworth, Jorin Crimmins and Raymond Newton; and his nieces and nephews, Austin, Justin Woolworth, Alyssa Woolworth, Aundraya and Gabriella Crimmins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
