She was predeceased by: her parents, George LaMote and Julia LaMote (Phillips); her husband James "Bud" Leonard Rowlee; her son James Joseph Rowlee; and her sister Margaret Rookey (Robert).
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Buccina (Dennis) of Oswego, NY., Carol Haynes (Richard) of Oswego, NY., Annette Smegelsky (Joseph) of Oswego, NY., Sharon Dowling (Walter Sr.) of Oswego, NY., Julia Gilbo (Ronald) of Oswego, NY. and Helen Chetney (Jeffrey) of Oswego, NY.. She is also survived by 7 children, 16 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made in her name to the Down Syndrome Association, CNY chapter.
