She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph DeBelles and Angeline DeBelles (Santoro) of Minetto, NY.; her husband Joseph T. Kelly of Peter's Cemetery; her son Timothy J. Kelly (JP Stephenson) of Emeryville; and her siblings, Ralph DeBelles, Rosemary Grosso and Charlotte Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Kelly (Tess) of Novi, Paula Tighe (Mike) of Pulaski, Carla Bowers (Peter) of Dallas and Joseph (Rusty); her grandchildren, Scott and Jennifer Tighe; and her great grandchild Tai.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dain Cullinan Funeral Home (112 E 2nd St, Oswego, NY 13126). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the Good Shepherd Church (50 E Mohawk St, Oswego, NY 13126).
