It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Mirsky of Ossining, New York, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 2, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Parks and Isabel Bawn Parks; her husband Steven Mirsky; and her sister Joyce Hinshaw of Batavia, NY.. She is survived by: her children, Mark Mirsky (Sara) of Darien, CT and Allison Becker (Rich) of Norwalk, CT.; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Ronan, Madeline Mirsky, Ashley and Emily Becker; her brother Lee Parks (Maria) of Fort Myers, FL; and her brother-in-law Irwin Mirsky of Easton, MA.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leach & Thomas Funeral Home (45 S Highland Ave, Ossining, NY 10562). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Briarcliff Congregational Church (30 S State Rd, Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery (540 N Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591).
