Rosemary Santucci Obituary
Rosemary M. (Ricciardella) Santucci of Ossining sadly passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023. Rosemary was born on July 10, 1929. She recently celebrated her 94th birthday with immense joy surrounded by her loving family. Rosemary is now reunited with her beloved husband, Alfred S. Santucci (2004) whom she married in 1953 as well as her son, David A. Santucci and grandson Robert L. Rinaldi.
Rosemary was the amazing mother of six: Lorie (Louie Rinaldi), Debra Jean (Michael Amato), Roseanne (David Kidder dec.2022), Marilyn (Anthony Maniscalco), David A. Santucci (dec. 2017) and Darren J. Santucci (Lynne). She was also the precious grandmother of 19 and great grandmother of 11.
Rosemary was raised in N. Tarrytown, one of eight children of Antonio Ricciardella and Libera Fiorelli. She was predeceased by brother Michael Ricciardella and sisters: Gloria Frasca, Mary Candela, Angelina Pagnozzi, Antoinette Bousquet, Josephine Rider and survived by Lucy DiMuro.
Rosemary enjoyed traveling, artwork, swimming, gardening, and watching game shows which she keenly and quickly got the answers to. Her home-made bread, zucchini fritters, and pudding cakes were a treat.
She was happiest surrounded by her loving families and friends, listening to old-time music and playing board games. Mom was a sweet, caring, gentle soul and matriarch who brightened our lives.
