He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vivian Cypher and William H. Taylor; his wife Jeanne M. Sutherland; his brother Peter Taylor of Raleigh, NC; his children, Deborah T. Crew (Dave) of Leesburg, VA and Bruce R. Taylor of Arlington, VA; and his grandson George Crew of Leesburg.
