He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lewis and Caroline Lewis (Daley); and his brothers, Thomas and William. He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Cunniff; his daughters, Megan Lewis Singer (Nick) and Kimberley Santucci (Dennis); his grandchildren, Dennis, Courtney, Bailey, Nicholas and Ryan; and his nephews, Scott and Patrick Lewis. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
