He is survived by: his mother Frances Harter Lips; his children, Pamela Lips of Ossining and Brian Woods of Ossining; his grandchildren, Johnathan Pierre, Jack and Aislin Woods; and his sisters, Stephanie Forest, Charlene Caputo (Vincent), Jennifer Mery (John) and Bevrlee Lips.
