He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Conte and Maria Conte; his wife Paolina; and his siblings, Michelina Durant (Jimmy) and Giuseppe Conte (Assunta).

He is survived by: his sons, Antonio (Nicolina) and Nicholas (Gina); his grandsons, Mario (Amanda), Nicholas Jr. (Jenna), Anthony and Aldo; and his great grandchild Mario.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dorsey Funeral Home Inc. (14 Emwilton Pl, Ossining, NY 10562). A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann's Church (25 Eastern Ave, Ossining, NY 10562).
