It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leone M. Stangle (Ossining, New York), who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Leone leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stangle and Elena Stangle; and her sisters, Barbara (Rodney Nowak) and Elaine (Ronald Cranston). She is survived by: Leone'. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, 17 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leach and Thomas Funeral Home (45 S Highland Ave, Ossining, NY 10562). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (381 N Highland Ave, Ossining, NY 10562). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at the St. Augustine Cemetery.
