He is survived by: his spouse Theresa Marie Ripostella Salvati; his parents, Anna Salvati and Rocco Salvati; his sons, Gerardo Salvati Jr. (Barbara) of Fishkill, NY and Joseph Salvati (Adrienne Joy) of Castle Rock, CO.; and his granddaughter Carli Ann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Gerardo's name to Memorial Sloan Kettering 1275 York Ave. NY, NY 10021 would be appreciated.
