It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos F. Sandoval of Ossining, New York, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Erika Paola Sandoval; his children, Fernanda Elizabeth Sandoval and Nicholas Andres Sandoval; his grandchildren, Lia, Ian, Gael and Axel; his parents, Ercilia and Carlos; his siblings, Francisco, Jorge, Rocio and Miriam; and his daughter Lizeth Carolina Sandoval.
