She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Walter Mead and Charlotte Mead; her sister Freida Janacek; and her brother-in-law Gregory Bishop. She is survived by: her husband Herbert; her children, James Smith (Lori) of Macedon, NY, Shelley Blodgett of Sandy Creek, NY and Vicki Teachout (Lee) of Orwell, NY; and her sisters, Eleanor LaCelle (John) of Orwell, NY and Wanda Bishop of Poughkeepsie, NY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
