With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley J. Halsey of Orwell, New York, who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lester Blodgett and Ruth Marion Palmiteer Blodgett; her husband Donald Halsey; her children, Marion Martin of Fulton, Cindy Gregory of Richland, Sue Skotnicki of Richland, Patty Fox (David James) of Watertown and Rick Halsey of Orwell; her sister Marie Bemiss (George) of Orwell; her son James Halsey; and her grandson JonMichael Halsey. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
