We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2021, at the age of 91, Rocco J. Summa of Oriskany, New York, born in Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Summa and Philomena Summa (Cuda); his sister Patricia; his brother-in-law Les Diven; his niece Carolynn Diven; and his parents-in-law, John, Jane Ferrance (Chmielewski), Alice, Rudy Szijarto, Neil Kirch and Everett LaVancha.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Ferrance; his son Brian J. Summa; his granddaughters, Alexandra N. Summa and Marissa L. Summa; his siblings-in-law, James "Jim" Ferrance and Frances LaVancha of Lowville; and also Andrea Summa. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.

Regardless of vaccination status, face masks are required, to remain in compliance with the state and county mask order.
