He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Howlett and Mary Elinskas Howlett of Oriskany Falls; his siblings, Barbie Howlett of Oriskany Falls, Judy Godina (Fiddle) of Texas, Philip Howlett (Holly) of Texas and Joseph Howlett of Oriskany Falls; his nephew Peyton Howlett; his niece Hope Howlett; his close friend Ruby Ebersold; and his family Verona.
