He is survived by: his close friend Dawn Spencer of Oriskany Falls; his children, William Looman of Bouckville, Ryan Looman (Alissa Lighthall) of Eaton and Kaitlyn Looman of Augusta; his siblings, Richard Looman (Wendy) of Madison, Tina Freeman (Loren) of Waterville and Daniel Baker of Ohio; the mother of his children Alexis McAllister Looman; and his nephew Ralph.
