He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold T. Haggerty and Lucy Haggerty (Albano); his daughter Heather Haggerty; his brother Jim Haggerty; his father-in-law Donald Franz Sr.; and his niece Celeste Haggerty-Aney.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Jerry Arrao; his grandchildren, Christopher and Sydney; his aunt Rose Nassif; his mother-in-law Joan Franz; his siblings-in-law, Donald, Paula Franz, Tracy Franz, Jeff Franz and Rosaria Haggerty; and his godchild Michele Haggerty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
