He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Talbot and Gladys Light Talbot; his wife Ella; and his sisters, Evelyn Jacobs and Cynthia Talbot.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Hight (Greg Hight) of Ilion, Mary Talbot of Herkimer, Patricia Talbot (Aaron Stich) of Blossvale, Agnes Lollman (Jeffrey Lollman) of Madison and Dale Talbot of Vernon Center; and his brother Clifford Talbot (Cory) of Oriskany Falls. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great grand kid and several nieces and nephews.
