He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Robert Campbell and Camille Rogers Campbell; his wife Heather Hodson Campbell; his children, Samuel Dashiell Campbell and Clementine Gillian Campbell; his siblings, Camille Westervelt (Dirck) of Narragansett, RI and John Palmer Campbell (Lisa) of Nashville, TN; and his brothers-in-law, James Hodson of London, England and Andrew Hodson (Lucy) of Hurstpierpoint, England.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
