She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Eggleston and Fredrica Mayo Eggleston; her husband Charles W. Smith; her daughter Sheila E. Clark; and her siblings, William Eggleston, Richard Eggleston Sr. (Shirley), Gary Curtis Eggleston (Yvonne) and Shirley Flynn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Smith (late William) of Averill Park and Nichole DeFazio (Joe) of Averill Park; her sister Joan O'Sullivan (late Sully) of Colonie; and her son Charles W. "Chach" Smith Jr.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren.
