He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Bud" Fulton and Margaret "Madge" Fulton (Flanigan); his siblings, Peg Gessert (Dick) and Tom Fulton (Pat); his sibling-in-law Jerry (Bonnie); and his parents-in-law, Raymond F. and Margaret "Peg" Sullivan (Whalen).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Fulton (Sullivan); his children, Liam Caulfield (Mary Kay), Raymond Fulton (Brigid), William P. Fulton Jr. (Toni), Daniel Fulton (Brittany Kempf), Shelly Colligan Grieble and Sheila Colligan; his grandchildren, Hannah, Mairead, Brian, Declan, Adelynn, Margaret, Jane, Charlotte, Joey, Abigail, Mitchell, Josh and Gordon; his sisters, Judy McGurk (Joe) and Mary Canfield-Collins (Dick); and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Sullivan (Sue), Mary Scanlon (Joe), Ray Sullivan (late Ginny), Susan Honan (Mick), Tom Sullivan (Maureen Griffin), Joe Sullivan (Patty), James Sullivan (Ann) and Joy Penders (Pat Reid). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
