He was predeceased by: his parents, Primtivo Morales and Genoveva Morales. He is survived by: his children, Rafael, Gabriel and Luis-Enrique Morales; and his grandchildren, Amari, Bentley, Penelope and Kingstyn. He is also survived by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tito's honor to Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo.
