He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Cummings (Guffner); his children, Patrick, Timothy III, Michael (Mary), Karin Wilcox (Dale) and Kathleen Bogue (Charisma); his grandchildren, Jessica Badgley (Wilcox), Amanda Wilcox, Brandie Cummings, Kaileen Ryan and Connor Bogue; his great grandchild Noah Cummings; his nieces and nephews, James (Terri) and Andrea Duvall (Tyler); and his great-nieces, Olivia and Julia Duvall.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James W. Cannan Funeral Home (3155 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help (115 O'Connell St, Buffalo, NY 14204).
