She was predeceased by: her husband Jeremiah J. Sullivan Jr. Dear; and her brother Patrick Cleary (Charlene). She is survived by: her children, Kelley Sullivan (Karl Brugler), Kathleen Farnsworth (Christopher) and Jeremiah J. Sullivan III (Sheila); her grandchildren, Jeremiah J. IV and Mackayla Sullivan; and her brother William Cleary. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
