He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Robert S. Peet. He is survived by: his daughter Isabella Rayanne; his mother Leslie Peet (Sullivan); his brother Scott Andrew Peet; his aunts and uncles, Doug Peet (Donna), Russell Peet (Liza), Peggy Hamm (Roger), Shiela Sullivan (Bill Reilly), Michael Sullivan and Cari Sullivan; his friend Amy Miller (Mark); and also Ozzy. He is also survived by his three "fur babies".

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Erie County S.P.C.A., Wounded Warriors and/or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
