Shirley A. Boutelle Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley A. Boutelle of Orchard Park, New York, born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on March 12, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard R. Boutelle, Sr.; her parents, John and Neva Blackmar Stormer, Sr.; and her siblings, Mary Smith, John Jr., Donald, Robert Sr. and Charles Stormer.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Trabert (Doug) of Erie, PA, Ellen Chapman (Clint) of Lottsville, PA, Howard R. Boutelle, Jr. (Patricia) of Orchard Park, NY and Jennifer Boutelle of Busti, NY. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations and memorials may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
