He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherwood Sr. Hagen and Anne Hagen; and his brother Robert Hagen. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Hagen; and his brothers, Patrick Hagen (Cynthia) and Dennis Hagen (Donna). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sisters of Mercy, 625 Abbott Rd., Buffalo, NY 14220 or to Hospice of Buffalo.
