Weber; her parents, Diane Rowland (Nadine) and Wayne Rowland (Nancy); her siblings, Doug Rowland, Wayne Rowland (Heather) and Rosie Sharp (Ron); and her aunts and uncles, Donald Huey (Mary Ann), Ellen Ryan (Brad) and Glenn Huey (Michelle).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Shelby's honor may be made to Hospice of Buffalo.
