He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Jakubowski and Arthur Jakubowski. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Zazynski (Juliana), Nicholas Jakubowski and Sara Kubik (Eric); his grandchildren, Chloe, Benjamin and Caleb; his siblings, Barbara Ryer (Al), Arthur J. (Debra), Edward (Edna) and Joseph Jakubowski (Judy); and also Debra Jakubowski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
