Rita A. Violanti Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2023, at the age of 91, Rita A. Violanti (Orchard Park, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Louis P. Violanti; her parents, Nicholino Tiberia and Faustina Tiberia; her siblings, Jancy Valerio (late Henry), Tiberio Tiberia (Philomena), Anita Koch (late Leonard) and Clara Eberhardt (late James); and her parents-in-law, Joseph and Mamie Kumierz (late Eugene).
She is survived by: her children, Lu Ann Nash (Patrick), Janice Pienta (David), Dr. Paul Violanti (Deborah), Gary, Patrice Violanti (late Gary Castanza), Joel, Nancy Gregoire (Matthew), Marilyn Reardon (Michael) and Louis; her brother John Tiberio (Maryann); and her parents-in-law, Vincencina Violanti and Josephine Bednarz (late Gerald). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rita's honor to Jericho Road Community Health Center-Global Health Work or Make-a-Wish foundation WNY Chapter.
