He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Kosinski (Rudnicki) and Chester Kosinski; and his brother-in-law David Siwy. He is survived by: his wife Judith Kosinski (Siwy); his children, Tatiana Kosinski (Jonathan Emdin) and Olya Kosinski; his grandson Clifton McDuffie; his siblings, Michele Klauck (David) and Paul Kosinski (Amy); his siblings-in-law, Shari Siwy, Carol Berkeley (late Phil), Bill Siwy (Laurie) and Paul Siwy (Wendy); and his pets, Kitsu and Tiger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ralph's name to Notre Dame Academy (260 Okell St., Buffalo, 14220) or the Ten Lives Club (3741 Lakeshore Rd. Blasdell NY 14219).
