He is survived by: his wife Patricia Witting (Mulvaney); his children, Matthew T. Mulvaney, Ryan D. Witting and Lauren G. Witting; his parents, Harald Witting and Joyce Witting (Ismert); and his siblings, Karen Terry (Jim) and David Witting (Melissa).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice Buffalo.
