We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Nancy P. Dowrey of Orchard Park, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Dowrey Sr.; her son Stephen Dowrey; and her siblings, Francis Petro (Jean), Louis Petro (Roxy) and Mary Ellen Angell (late Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Dowrey (late Cynthia), Mary Degnan (late Donald), Eileen Beiger (Terry), Robert Dowrey (Sabrina), Angela Gentry (David), Jeanette Dowrey Smith (late Max), Edward Dowrey Jr. and James Dowrey (Wendy); and her brother Joseph Petro, Jr. (Diane). She is also survived by her sixteen Grandchildren; nineteen Great-grandchildren, two Great-great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the F. E. Brown Sons Funeral Home (6575 E Quaker St, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (6595 E Quaker St, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A reception will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Orchard Park (Orchard Park, NY).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the SPCA Serving Erie County, Ten Lives Club, or the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
